The chairman of the Cyber ​​Security Council said: "The digital transformation of the UAE included all sectors of the country, such as health, energy, education, aviation and other strategic sectors", adding that "the digital transformation of these sectors needed an advance". cyber security system to protect cyberspace from potential cyber attacks. Al-Kuwaiti said that most cyber attacks cross borders and continents, hence the importance of establishing Gulf, Arab and international cooperation, as the Cyber ​​Ministerial Committee was created at the General Secretariat of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries and at the Arab level. He said the council works under the vision "We are the Emirates 2031", which forms an inspiring national map for various sectors, and aims for the UAE to be among the top three countries in the world in the Cyber ​​Security Readiness Index. thus, improving the country's position among the top 10 countries in the world in the Human Development Index and improving the condition of the cities, it is among the 10 best cities in the UAE in terms of quality of life.
